Sign in to your TAB Account, select My Orders.

Select the specific order you wish to return and click on the Manage Order button.

Click on the Return Items option.

Fill in the Return Form completely. Available return options (like pickup services) will be displayed here.

Pack your TAB parcel securely in its original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging. Clearly write the Order Number in a large font on top of the return package.

Head to your nearest drop-off point, or alternative our pick-up service will come and collect it within 7 days.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories that came with it.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging or box. Do not put tape, adhesive stickers, or shipping labels directly onto the manufacturer's box.
